Minifigures of Original Trillogy

From 1999, Lego produces several Sets from the original trilogy in parallel with those of episode I. So we find from the start of the Lego Star Wars range the main characters of the original movies: Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and R2-D2. The next year, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Chewbacca and C3-PO joined them. Year after year, Lego continues to produce Sets and minifigs based on Episode IV A New Hope until covering all the main and secondary characters of the movie: there are several versions of Luke Skywalker (Tatouine, disguised as Stormtrooper, pilot rebel ...), Stormtroopers, TIE fighter pilots, imperial officers, Jawas and their droids ... More than 20 years later, Lego Star Wars Episode IV A New Hope sets and minifigs continue to win the same success with collectors and each new wave of Lego Sets contains new variations of these sets and characters updated with ever more details of impressions, the very first versions having the classic yellow head of Lego.
